Life is Rose: SUP and Cidery Tour

Lake Minnewasta, Morden & Dead Horse Cidery

10:00 am to 3:00 p.m.

***A morning of stretching, breath work, and paddling followed by a tour of the beautiful Dead Horse Cidery orchard with stories and samples.

Warming Up the Heart: A Métis Paddling Experience

St. Malo Lake, MB

6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Cost: 85$/per person

***Step onto the water at St. Malo Provincial Park for three hours where balance, rhythm, and story meet. This Métis Paddleboarding Experience invites you to move with intention, finding your steady stroke while Métis music, culture, and water teachings shape the space around you. It’s not about speed or skill, but about presence: feeling the board beneath you, hearing the fiddle in the air, and understanding the role waterways have played in Métis life. The experience concludes with shared food.

With all equipment provided, you’ll journey into beautiful natural spaces where laughter comes easy, confidence grows, and the water becomes your playground. This is a day to let loose, breathe deeply, challenge yourself just enough, and reconnect, with nature, with community, and with the strongest parts of yourself. Whether you’re craving a little adventure, meaningful connection, or simply space to have fun and feel alive, this retreat is your chance to say yes to the wild!
