Basic Skills SUP Clinic

Discover the basics of stand up paddleboarding this summer while exploring our beautiful province! The Basic Skills clinic will teach you everything from getting onto a board, kneeling, standing on a board, forward and turning strokes and technique, entry and exists, how to assess safety/environmental features, carrying and loading systems, and more.

Thursday June 26th - Flowing Through Grief: A Communal Paddle for Healing - St. Malo, Lake, 6:00 p.m.

***Join us on the water for a guided paddle session that blends movement, meditation, and shared reflection to navigate grief and renewal. Set on a tranquil lake, this experience offers a space to process loss, transition, and change within a supportive community. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, a home, or a sense of belonging, this session provides a gentle, nurturing environment to acknowledge and honor your journey. Through paddling, meditation, and a sharing circle, we restore balance, build resilience, and find strength in connection. This session invites you to slow down, embrace vulnerability, and rediscover courage—held by nature, movement, and the power of collective healing.

Friday July 4th  - Intro to Paddleboarding - Lake Minnedosa, 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.​

DETAILS:

Instructors are Paddle Canada certified.

Clinic fee of $85.00 + GST per person includes hardboard SUP, carbon fibre paddle, leash, PFD and whistle.

Ages: Solo paddlers must be at least 10 years old to be on their own board. Family experiences are a great way to make memories and are best accommodated with a private booking. 

Group bookings receive a 15% discount. Maximum clinic size is 6 paddlers.

Our clinics are held at Lac St. Malo Lake.

All clinics run from 6pm - 8:30 pm.

PADDLE CANADA

Advanced Flatwater SUP Skills Clinic

Have you already tried SUP and want to take your skills to the next level? The Advanced Skills Clinic will build your confidence in the water by learning and practicing pivot turns, draw strokes, foot positioning, edging, bracing, paddling in windy conditions and more. Paddlers will get wet in this clinic.

Upon completion of this 2.5 hour clinic, paddlers will receive a Certificate from Paddle Canada. This clinic is a great prep for anyone interested in the Intro to River SUP skills clinic or SUP racing. All paddlers must be at least 10 years old.

ADVANCED

The Advanced Skills SUP Clinic runs on demand. Contact us and we would be stoked to arrange a date & time for you!
